Happy Saint Patrick's Day

Happy Saint Patrick's Day! Winter is over down here in St.Pete, hang in there wherever you live, Spring will arrive soon.

All well with us, won't be long until the Suwannee Spring-fest in Live Oak FL which always officially kicks off the touring season. The festival site is about the prettiest I have ever seen! The main stage is in a natural amphitheater, surrounded by massive, ancient oak tress laden with Spanish Moss...The Suwannee River runs by the park and many have been known to swim, fish, and canoe the scenic river way. This is really the Florida we love, far from the shopping centers, condos and gated communities which are taking over our beautiful state.

April 11th I will be in Miami at the Newport Guitar Festival. Many musicians will be there demonstrating the guitars made by luthiers from all over the country. Lucas Brunner will even be there, from Switzerland and I will be demonstrating his OUTDOOR GUITAR which has allowed me to "Fly without fear"! It packs up into a case 22 inches long and I walk right on the plane with it. Small but mighty, I have toured overseas with the OD Guitar and have even used it when appearing at BB King's in Manhattan!

Cross country tour is looking good, "The Old Bus", has been serviced and given an ok bill of health and I'm starting to itch for the open road again. I guess it's in my blood.

The Canadian tour has been extended a week, and we now have gigs back East in Ontario starting on September 17th and out West in Alberta starting on September 25th. I am really looking forward to my first real tour of our Northern Neighbors. Nice that their dollar is now worth the same as ours!

I'll write again when there is news to share, You all stay warm and I'll be seeing you soon.

Bye For Now
