Boy, does time fly! Had a great 65th Birthday at The Fur Peace Ranch, a cake every night! Cool time hanging out with Kenny Sultan, Rory Block, the FPR gang and all the Students. Glad I got to see Jorma before he took off for an out of town workshop. Looking forward to our January FPR session in Desert Hot Springs, California and by the way, there are still a few open slots for my class!

Left the Ranch Monday and had a beautiful drive South, the mountains are really breathtaking this time of year. Great time at The Cook Shack in Union Grove and a nice gig for the Charlotte Folk Society too. I did get to visit with friends before heading into Georgia for my last gig before heading home for a few weeks.

Lynn, Bob and Gayle Dean are all "Guitar Geeks" and we had a large time discussing and playing vintage guitars for a few days...always a pleasure!

Made it home safely, enjoying the new bus and appreciating the dropping of gas prices! After a few days,Nancy and I flew back to NY for The Niece's wedding. Great to see my Mom and all of the relatives at such a happy occassion. I sometimes feel sad that I missed so many of our family gatherings over the years, but it goes with the life I chose, I suppose.

Starting to look ahead to 2009, I will be available for 'House Concerts and Private Guitar Workshops', so if your interested and have a good size livingroom and large level driveway, do contact us.

Bye For Now,
